The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm-vmalloc-map-contiguous-pages-in-batches-for-vmap-if-possible-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-vmalloc-map-contiguous-pages-in-batches-for-vmap-if-possible-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be issued
