We first need to resolve the build breakage in master, since OE-Core now only 
has version 16.0.0 of weston.

The driver support for weston 16 is a runtime issue. If the driver cannot be 
updated quickly, then we could look into overlaying weston 15 temporarily, but 
it would be not very straightforward to do w/o breaking Yocto Compatibility.
