[PATCH] typofix: fix spelling mistakes in comments and test description

Fix spelling errors in the following places:

versioncmp.c:           "fractionnal" -> "fractional"
git-gui/git-gui.sh:     "occurence"   -> "occurrence"
t/t0022-crlf-rename.sh: "similiarity" -> "similarity"
