[LTP] [PATCH 07/33] keyctl15: Test KEYCTL_GET_SECURITY label retrieval

Test KEYCTL_GET_SECURITY label retrieval: verify reading the security
label of a valid key into a large buffer returns a positive length
and an empty string when no LSM label is set.
