The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-sparse-vmemmap-switch-device-dax-to-shared-tail-vmemmap-pages-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-sparse-vmemmap-switch-device-dax-to-shared-tail-vmemmap-pages-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be issued
