[PATCH 1/2] dt-bindings: input: touchscreen: add Synaptics S3908 controller

Add devicetree schema binding for the Synaptics S3908 TouchComm
generation-1 I2C touchscreen controller, found in devices such as
the OnePlus 9RT.
