BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_GOOGLEAPIS_COMMON_PROTOS selects
BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_PROTOBUF but did not propagate
BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_PROTOBUF_ARCH_SUPPORTS.
