[PATCH 3/4] ALSA: uapi: Add hwdep interface ID for caiaq devices

Add SNDRV_HWDEP_IFACE_CAIAQ for the hwdep device that snd-usb-caiaq
creates for the LCD of the Native Instruments Kore controllers, added
by the next patch.
