SPINOR_OP_EN4B and SPINOR_OP_EX4B are defined twice in a row with the
same values. The second pair came in with the Macronix Octal DTR
opcodes in commit df3d5f9e410c ("mtd: spi-nor: add support for
Macronix Octal flash").

Drop the second pair. No functional change.
