Subject: [GIT PULL] RTC for 7.4
Date: Sun, 1 Nov 2026 04:28:15 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <202611010328159ca7e972@mail.local> (raw)
Hello Linus,
Here is the RTC subsystem pull request for 7.4. A way to lift the
hctosys limit for 32-bit system is introduced to ensure systems relying
on it can pass Y2038. A driver for the Raspberry Pi 5 RTC is added and
support for the Abracon abx81x, Ricoh R2223x, Renesas R-Car X5H and
Allwinner B288 RTCs is added in existing drivers.
I still need to review multiple sets of LLM generated fixes that have
been sent, I will probably send in a fixes PR after -rc1.
The following changes since commit cee9395acd8043be0644b25c34bfa86623f2b935:
Linux 7.3-rc1 (2026-08-30 13:34:40 -0700)
