* offload flags were lost when cloning packets
* igb/ixgbe ports locked and skipped
* ixgbe port failed to initialize due to wrong timer
* vmxnet3 and virtio failed to initialize
- enhancements:
* core mask is checked
* devargs handles PCI and virtual devices arguments
* vdev replaces nonpci registration
* no dynamic library loading forced in current directory
* dump commands in testpmd
* flow director support for X540
* vmxnet3 and virtio libraries suffixed with _uio
* igb_uio_bind.py renamed pci_unbind.py
* RPM recipe
Next release will be 1.7.0.
New features, design changes and big reworks must be sent in the next 2 weeks
to have a chance to be accepted in 1.7.
