Server is Dell t610, dom0 is lenny 64 bit with kernel 2.6.32 pv_ops debian
package and xen from hg 3.4 testing
On reboot with domU active show xen domain shutdown [done] but not save or
stop domU and after do some error about domU and calltrace, screen here:

On same server, on other hd with same s.o. and kernel but xen 4.0 from hg
testing of some weeks ago reboot without error and save domU
