Hello AMD Folks,

I did find the regression:

While it seems counterintuitive, reverting commit 
86f8c599b09c916f9aad30563271440dbd79213a allows me to hibernate.

I typically use hibernate and reboot, vs hibernate and power off, unless this 
somehow differs.

This bug is still happens in linux 4.9-rc7 and in drm-next-4.10-wip branches.

Anyone from AMD might be able to understand why this code breaks on a mobile 
CIK part?
