Trying to move to the 2.6.27 kernel. Here is the info:

Downloaded the compat-wireless-2008-09-21.tar.bz2. Applied the
connectivity patch which worked fine. However, here are the errors I
get:

I am obviously downing something stupid.

Also, the driver that is built with the above kernel from FC10 is
slower than molasses and all sites get timed out.

Any suggestions.
