hello,

sorry for my newbie question :

Well, I'd like to develop a small application on linux that verify
bankcard via modem and RTC line, not internet.
it will work with a cgi and postgre SQL.

so, I've all bank protocol communication, but i don't know which tools
must i use to develop this kind of software.

anyone could help me ??
