Subject: [linux-lvm] Announce: LVM 2.3.9 kernel patch
Date: Mon, 05 Jul 1999 21:02:38 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3781014E.6D546F0E@msede.com> (raw)
Hello all.
Heinz just asked me to announce the LVM kernel patch against
the new 2.3.9 kernel.
Changes:
- Support for Kernel 2.3.9
- Source code cleaned up to remove KERNEL_VERSION conditional code
[The kernel patch is tagged as version 0.7 but it is fully compatible
with the current 0.6 user mode tools.]
The patch is available for download at
ftp://linux.msede.com/lvm/v0.6/patch-2.3.9-LVM.gz
A list of available mirror sites (which may not have synced yet)
is available at the LVM web page at
http://linux.msede.com/lvm/
Enjoy.
Michael
