Date: Sun, 14 Jan 2001 12:59:56 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3A61E91C.F375EE82@linux2go.org> (raw)
[1]
aic7xxx hangs 2.4.0 with SMP
[2]
SCSI device errors that only occur in a SMP machine with an aic7xxx with
2.4.0. The problem manifests itself with multiple SCSI bus resets and

I can generate a hang every couple of hours by doing heavy disc IO. If
I remove a processor, I can stay up at least 48 hours under a heavy
load. If anyone needs more info I can be reached at bruce@linux2go.org
