Subject: 2.5.18 and HPT366
Date: Sat, 25 May 2002 09:56:06 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3CEF4396.8080705@wanadoo.fr> (raw)
2.5.18 hangs at partition check. A workaround is to comment hpt366.c:868
config_chipset_for_pio(drive) in the function config_chipset_for_dma().
In this case the partition check looks to be done twice :
ATA: Triones Technologies, Inc. HPT366 / HPT370: controller, PCI slot
00:13.0
PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00:13.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 00:13.1
