Subject: 2.5.42 and Asus L8400

Message-ID: <3DAAA0E6.3050900@tactel.se> (raw)

Hi!

I just gave 2.5.42 with ACPI a testdrive on my Asus L8400 laptop. It
booted (early 2.5 version I tried crashed on boot).

However, when my fan starts I wont stop. The same kernel without ACPI
work fine.

Is my acpi-bios broken or is a linux-acpi bug?

/Pontus Fuchs
