I have a Gericom 1st Supersonic (M6T) Laptop.

00:09.0 Ethernet controller: Accton Technology Corporation EN-1216 Ethernet 
Adapter (rev 11) -> it works with the Tulip driver.

I tried to unload usb/agpgart/sound ... modules, but I always just get
