Do a 'nfs' install with the CD mounted on one of the other machines.
-or-
If you can boot any OS to the IDE/SCSI machine, copy the CD contents
(cp -R /cdrom/slakware/* /existing-partition     (syntax?))
and then use boot & root diskettes.
-or-
Move the IDE-HD into one of the other machines and copy the
CD contents to it.

dd if=/cdrom/slakware/bootdsks.144/scsi.s of=/dev/fd0 bs=8192
 (to attempt a scsi-device install,
  (but will your IDE-HD be recognized?))

dd if=/cdrom/slakware/bootdsks.144/bare.i of=/dev/fd0 bs=8192
 (to attempt a boot-from-floppy; install from IDE-HD to IDE-HD
  or 'nfs' install to IDE-HD)

dd if=/cdrom/slakware/rootdsks/color.gz of=/dev/fd0 bs=8192

 Well, this has worked with slackware <= v8.0. I hope it
will work for => v8.1
