Subject: 2.4.21-ac4 & cm9739 & SATA
Date: Sat, 28 Jun 2003 02:23:50 +0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3EFCD206.2020501@kablonet.com.tr> (raw)
Hi,
I'm having trouble with
-- c-media 9739.
2.4.21-ac4 (and ac3) have the sound working with i810_audio, but
there is no mixer control for digital sound. Neither I can control the
digital sound with "main volume control" nor I can see the control of
digital sound on any mixer (aumix etc)
http://www.cmedia.com.tw/driver/Linux/Ac97/cmaudio-034.tar.gz is
working, but if you compile the kernel with smp (on this ht system) it
freezes the system when you stop playing a digital media (wav mp3 ...).
i810_audio works fine with smp.
-- SATA
SATA (hde) is gone at 2.4.21-ac3 (and ac4), though system see it
with 2.4.20
For 2.4.21-ac4, gcc 3.2.2 ;
