It looks like you are hitting the same bug as reported in
"[OOPS] 2.5.74-bk4 in __lookup_hash". I think wli would like
to see your .config, lspci, dmesg, and what the box was doing
before crashing.

At this stage you probably haven't hit an AS bug.
