PATCH: Add mips64 support to RM7000/Ocelot-C

Ralf,

Here is a patchfile to add 64-bit support to RM7000 on the Momentum 
Ocelot-C platform.
The port was 2.4.21 based, so these patches are for the 2.4 tree.
The bulk number of bytes in the patch is actually for 
drivers/net/mv64340_eth.{c,h} to add
ethernet driver support.

If it looks ok, please check into the tree.
