Hi,
following: we have a HP DL360 Box here which has a HP Smart Array
Controler inside. Because I wanted to have my own kernel config I
decided to with 2.4.22-ac4. but after boot and loading the HP CISS
driver (compiled into kernel) he stuck at the point of

nothing comes more. So I compiled 2.4.22 without the ac-4 patchset and
voila, it works fine.

I don't know exactly what the changes are from 22 to 22-ac4 but there is
at least the monitor threads added. I also tried 23-pre8 and there it
also works.
