Reiser4 won't compile with the latest swsusp patches. According to
Nigel Cunningham,

The swsusp patches actually go so far as to remove the line defining
PF_IOTHREAD. Nigel says he's working on it, but I want to make sure
there's cooperation (or at least acknowledgement) at this end.
