please use partition-type-uuid letters instead of extended uuid if
possible, in this case 'L'.

You also need:
BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_DOSFSTOOLS=y
to generate the final image.
I've catched this failure by using buildroot/utils/docker-run as pointed
in previous patch.
