Correction:
Please use kdeprint at swing.be instead of the two mentioned addresses
for Michael Goffioul. Please correct this also if you want to put the
proposal (or parts of it) on a web page.
In general, when putting the proposal on a web page, please remove all
mail addresses or spam-protect them (e. g. x@y.com --> x at y dot com).
