The minimal thing that is required to
get an attention of developers, so to
make your problem a go, is to open a
bug report at BTS on SF and attach a
test-case for your problem there.
This may not help either, but at least
the chances are above zero.
Without even a bug-report, the problem
will unlikely to be resolved, that's
for sure.
