Hi Cong Du,

The modprobe line is just a warning.  I think the real problem is the
next line where it is "Checking root filesystem" and warns that
/dev/hda5 is *already* mounted.  I think you may need to add "ro" (read
only) to this line:
	module /xenolinux.gz ro root=/dev/hda5 console=tty0
