It's far easier if you have a working ix86 Linux box with Wine at hand 
to get the libraries/Wine itself. Try that road.

Or try a native Windows installation on qemu emulating a full PC.

This sounds like you want to use Wine under MacOS. Look for the DarWine 
Project. I can only help you with Linux/ppc. There it works nicely.
