QEMU uses the *same* (even if extended to emulate a Cirrus Logic 5446
PCI card) vga Bios as Bochs and Plex86 do (and did before).
Including the VESA extentions once written for Bochs.
QEMU 0.6.0 can use (automatically detects) fd/hdd images actually
created for Bochs by Bochs project's 'bximage' program.
Most essential disks skills are *very* similar.

I never asked such a question.
Thanks to google anything can be found easily - by everyone. But one has
to look for it.

I just checked QEMU's main page and I found at least 2 (two) references
/ links to the Bochs project.
