Well, on the page "http://66.59.111.166/~blaisorblade/patchlist.html"
the word "sysemu" is only metioned once: for the patch host-skas3-2.4.25-v2.
Your should propbly simply choose a different filename:
host-skas3+sysemu-2.X.X-vX.patch
