I didn't have the time or the energy tonight to try to pick the PCI ID 
pieces out of the patches. So I just backed out bk-scsi-target.patch and 
bk-scsi.patch. That resolved my problem. I will be glad to try out any 
changes that might solve this. I will be glad to provide any other info 
that I can to help solve this. I don't get any other info about what is 
going on prior to the failure. Config is attached also.
