I've done a very simple installation of debian (with debootstrap) on a very simple configuration: one vif and one vbd and i'm able to save the domain. But since i wasn't able to save a more complex domain (multiple vif and vbd) i investigate and i've see that when you have more than vdb to your xenU configuration then you can't save it (i got the same message mentioned before). HTH Matthieu This is the same behavior I've seen (Also on Debian). A domain with fewer than 3 file-backed block devices saves/restores fine. With 3 or more the attempt fails immediately. As I recall the error in the log is -12. I haven't had time to diagnose it further than that.
