 /opt/.*\.so(\.[^/]*)* --      system_u:object_r:shlib_t
 /usr/local/.*\.so(\.[^/]*)* --      system_u:object_r:shlib_t

Third party vendors do not always put sharelibaries under a "lib/" 
directory.
