You haven't realized that you can't mix
both $_ports and $_com1, you have to have
only either one.
You haven't looked into dosemu log or at a
console to see the error message that dosemu
throws, that there are the port conflicts
with such a settings.
You haven't read the thread I pointed you
to, while all the questions you have, were
discussed there, and the slowness was a
main focus of that thread, and the proper
settings too.
Correct the above errors and try again.
