Just create rules specifying ppp0 as incoming and outgoing interface (-i 
and -o), e.g.

$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -i eth0 -o ppp0 -j ACCEPT
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -o eth0 -i ppp0 -j ACCEPT
