Hi

I want to add a password to my node witch has an internet access to avoid abuse of the
node.
I can setup a password for the users via ineternet.
But for the users who has no password, I like to make a welcome text before the login
prompt.
So I can inform them how to get a password.

How do I setup such a welcome text?
