really i want the easiest way to install xenomai

You would have to use this version of Xenomai if you chose to
install Xenomai as a binary Debian package for the wheezy
distribution. But since you are compiling from source, you have no
reason to use such an old version. Xenomai 2.6.0 was released in
November 2011. This is explained in the first paragraph of the
"Building Debian Packages" page.
