I'm having trouble pulling from xenbits with newer versions of hg.  
Specifically, I get a KeyError when update'ing.

This is consistent across multiple machines.  Is there a version we 
should be using (or better yet, is there a plan to upgrade xenbits to 
the newest version in the near future)?
