after starting domain domU complains

   xen_blk: Timeout connecting to device

and afterwards says:

VFS: Cannot open root device "hda1" or unknown-block(0,0)

hda1 is defined:

as: file:/var/samba-ha,hda1,w
which is a local file ext2 with debian amd64 bootstrap. which
worked fine until a few days ago.

Please help....

Any more info needen?
