Subject: super block corrupted
Date: Tue, 06 Sep 2005 03:23:10 +0530 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <431CBE46.205@cmcltd.com> (raw)
Hi,
I have a redhat 9 linux PC running on AMD 1800 processor. Yesterday I
got a error while booting that superblock is corrupted and the system
cannot boot. It asks for root passwd for maintenance and after that goes
to command prompt. I tried using
fsck -a /dev/hda1
but still no use.
What can I do to correct this error.
regards
duraivel
