Thanks for the pointers I got in private mails for AVRCP.

We don't do anything with AVCTP in bluez yet, right? BTW, is it safe to
say an AVRCP target daemon on linux will be generating dbus events?

Maybe bluetooth.org is just really messed up currently, but now it won't
let me have AVCTP specs which AVRCP builds on. I'm logged in, but trying
to get anything remotely related to the spec returns a pretty useless
message.
