I'm sorry but it seems your patch went through list unnoticed. To fix this we will need latest version.
(It should apply against 2.6.14rc4)

Yes, please read the SubmittingPatches and CodingStyle documents (in Documentation directory of kernel)
Apply that rules to your patch and send it back to this list.
