Other than loading the modules, echo'ing "1" to ip_forward and entering a "iptables -A FORWARD ...." it worked fine. Ran "ping" and "iperf" and captured the packets on ethereal and could see the additional packets. Have tried with a kernel with everything built in and a kernel where I loaded the modules. It worked with no hassles when I tried it before and now for the life of me, can't figure out why it just doesn't work. What is strange is that setting "-t nat -A PREROUTING" and changing the destination address works fine! Not sure what else to try since it doesn't take much to get it working(when it works!).
