Generally, the MPC 5200 is not yet well supported by the stock 2.6
kernel, a MPC 8xx module is too slow and a 85xx is high-end. Therefore a
82xx or 4xx, e.g. 405GP might be a resonable choice. I can't tell you
the cheapest on the market but I'm going to send you a list in a private
E-mail.
