I've had skas3-v4 and skas3-v8.2 generate the same panic, so it's something processor model specific. Peter, can you verify the problems you've had are on hosts with a model 3 or 4 Xeon processor? Also, with regard to 2.6.12, I'm not sure we're looking at the same issue, as I had problems with that kernel too but wasn't able to verify it was the same panic.
