Subject: Connection uptime
Date: Thu, 27 Oct 2005 14:47:55 -0300	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <436112CB.3050108@tech-it.com.ar> (raw)

Hi there.

Is there a way to know the uptime of a connection? Or the time
remaining for the timeout for a SYN, for example? All of this done with
netfilter or iptables, or to implement them by knowing this things with
another tool.

The idea came by a post on the suse-security announce, but I'm curious
to know if it's doable.

Thanks.
