Subject: [KJ] [PATCH] drivers/cdrom/aztcd.c: busy loop updates + error

Summary of changes:
* long busy loops now sleeps between each repetition.
* using jiffies for timeout rather than repetitions.
* The return code of aztSendCmd is now checked.
